Rhapsody Wonders is run by Believers LoveWorld (LoveWorld Inc.) on behalf of the Rhapsody of Realities ministry. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
You give us information when you submit a testimony, upload conference highlights, schedule a conference, register a zone pledge, or make a contribution. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, title, email address and phone number
- KingsChat username, zone, church, group or network
- The testimony text, photos or video you upload
- Pledge and contribution amounts, and payment status
We also record the IP address and browser type on each submission to help prevent abuse.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers; Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy. We keep the payment reference, amount, currency and status so we can match a payment to your pledge. Espees payments happen inside the Espees app; we only hold the merchant code you paid to.
How we use it
- To publish approved testimonies and highlights on this site and in ministry media
- To contact you about your submission, pledge or contribution
- To report campaign progress by zone and region
- To keep the site secure and working
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email, Stripe) and within the ministry for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
Submissions stay on record for as long as the campaign or programme they relate to is active, and for accounting purposes afterwards where payments are involved. You can ask us to remove a published testimony or highlight at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw a published testimony, by contacting us through the support page. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Testimonies about children should be submitted by a parent or guardian. Do not enter a child's contact details.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
